The idea of property management (sometimes referred to as 3rd party management) has been around since the dawn of time. It is very significant that a profitable property mangement staff or team be acquaintable in teh current laws of the city,state and county concerning tenant rights vs. the access of the landlord. Make sure that your team of property management is renew on codes of the current management of property and other items that will benefit your firm’s property management.
